Dear Colleagues and Friends, We plan to hold an Extragalactic Sub-WG meeting on 12 April 2007, 3:45-5:45 pm, at the ChinaTrust Hotel in Chungli, the recommended hotel for the ALMA-JT meeting. We are currently making up the program, and would like to invite proposed program items from you. We would particularly like to encourage discussions on ongoing collaborative projects, or those that can lead to collaborative projects, especially between astronomers based in Japan and Taiwan. Tentative topics for now: 1. Sky survey for distant galaxies 2. Molecular gas from X-ray cooling flows 3. Molecular gas at centers of Seyfert galaxies 4. K-band deep survey of GOODS-S If you plan to attend the sub-WG meeting, please i) send an email indicating your interest, and ii) any proposed program items by APRIL 9, 5pm Taiwan time, to Linda Shao at lshao@asiaa.sinia.edu.tw Unfortunately, we will not be able to have video linkup from the meeting site.
